Tower of Refuge Apostolic Ministries is a place where hearts are healed, lives are transformed, and souls find refuge in the presence of God. Located at 1239 Ellesmere Road in Scarborough, Ontario, TORAM is a Spirit-led, Apostolic, and Holy Ghost–filled church built on the foundation of faith, prayer, and the Word of God.
